	Director Sarah N. Cohen, MS, CISW, ACSW has spent over 40 years in the delivery of services to older and disabled adults and their families. Ms. Cohen is a member of the Academy of Certified Social Workers, is listed in the Register of Qualified Clinical Social Workers of the National Association of Social Workers, has been conferred Diplomate status by that organization, and is a Certified Independent Social Worker in the State of Arizona. Ms. Cohen also is a founder and past president of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers. Options for Aging, Inc. was founded in New York City in 1982 and re-opened in Tucson in 1993
